The University of the Sunshine Coast bus station on University Way has bus connections to Landsborough and Nambour railway stations. By road, the Sunshine Motorway runs past Sippy Downs from its interchange with the Bruce Highway. If travel is hard, we can talk by phone or video, or Viktoria can visit you at home or in hospital.

• Education: Sippy Downs is home to UniSC's primary campus (1,219 university staff in 2024), Chancellor State College and Siena Catholic College.
• Building and trades: technicians and trades workers made up 15.2% of employed Sunshine Coast residents, and neighbouring Palmview, home to the master-planned Harmony development, grew from 893 residents in 2016 to 5,236 in 2021.
