My claim was rejected. Can you still help?

What types of injuries do you handle?
We handle all types of workplace injuries including physical injuries (back, neck, shoulder, knee, hand), psychological injuries (stress, bullying, trauma), repetitive strain injuries, and injuries on worksites including construction, mining, and transport.
Can I still claim if the injury was partly my fault?
In many cases, yes. Queensland WorkCover is a no-fault system for statutory benefits, meaning you can receive support regardless of who was at fault. For common law damages claims, contributory negligence may reduce compensation but does not necessarily prevent a claim.
